Renewable Projects

Page under construction.

Craignish Design has been involved in the planning and implementation stages of a number of renewable energy projects, including the Glen Doe Hydro Electric Scheme where we acted as the contractors project landscape architect for the 100MW design and build hydro scheme, the largest new dam project to be built in Scotland since the 1950s.

Other projects have included small to medium hydro schemes including projects for: Ardtornish Estate, Corrour Estate, Ardvorlich Estate, Glen Quoich Estate, Glen Falloch Estate; LVIA for Kirby Moor Windfarm in Cumbria; and construction monitoring and restoration plan for Beinn an Turic Windfarm cabling for SSE.

David Graham has also provided illustrations for Environmental Statements (ES) on a number of developments including numerous hydro-schemes and ES illustrations for the An Siadar wave energy project on Lewis.
